4. Legal basis
- Necessary cookies are installed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — without them, the Store would not function properly.
- Other categories (analytical, marketing, functional) are installed only after obtaining the User’s consent expressed in the cookie banner or settings. For users outside the EU, consent is similarly required according to local regulations (e.g., CCPA in the USA or similar).
5. Consent and management of cookies
- On the first visit to the Store, we display a banner with the option to accept all cookies or manage preferences.
- The User can change or withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the site footer.
- Additionally, cookies can be deleted or blocked in the browser settings (see below).
6. How to control or delete cookies in the browser?
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies.
- Safari (macOS): Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Deleting or blocking cookies may limit the functionality of some Store features (e.g., the shopping cart).
7. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Administrator may update the Policy when new technologies emerge or regulations change. The new version will be published on this page, and in case of significant changes, Users will be informed (e.g., by banner or email).
