1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on the User's device when visiting websites. Thanks to them, the service recognizes the User's device and remembers selected information — e.g., cart contents or language preferences.
2. Who is the cookies administrator?
The data controller of the data obtained through cookies is CodeFormers Sp. z o.o., ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-115 Lublin, NIP 6612373391 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

The Store also uses local or session storage for interface settings, location, configurators and chat. Embedded content or maps (such as Google, YouTube or Mapbox) may store their own identifiers after the relevant feature is opened.
4. Legal basis
- Necessary cookies and similar technologies are used when required to transmit a communication or provide a service explicitly requested by the User (Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Where personal data is processed, the basis may be contract performance, a legal obligation or the Controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR, as applicable.
- Analytics and marketing cookies and other optional storage are used on the basis of consent (Articles 399(1)–(2) and 400 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Consent and cookie management
- On the first visit, the banner allows optional cookies to be accepted or rejected. Rejection does not limit the Store's core functions.
- We store the decision in the
cookieConsentcookie for 12 months. We may ask again after that period or after a material technology change. - Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and applies going forward.
- After rejection, we remove readable Google Analytics, Google Ads and attribution cookies. Third-party cookies can also be removed in browser settings.
6. How to control or delete cookies in the browser?
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies.
- Safari (macOS): Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Deleting or blocking cookies may limit the functionality of some Store features (e.g., the shopping cart).
7. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Administrator may update the Policy when new technologies emerge or regulations change. The new version will be published on this page, and in case of significant changes, Users will be informed (e.g., by banner or email).
