1. General provisions
- The online store shootershape.pl (hereinafter: the "Store") is operated by CodeFormers Sp. z o.o., ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-115 Lublin, Poland, registered in the business register KRS (no. 0000643327), NIP 6612373391, REGON 365713579 (hereinafter: the "Seller" or "Service Provider").
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to consumers and entrepreneurs using the Store, unless a given provision states otherwise. The Store serves international markets, including Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
- Consumer rights arising from generally applicable laws cannot be excluded or limited by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. For international customers, the Terms and Conditions are adapted to local regulations as far as possible.

- The data controller of personal data processed in connection with the operation of the Store is the Seller. The processing rules are defined in the Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions

3. Electronic services in the Store
- The Seller provides electronic Services free of charge: Account, Order Form, and Newsletter.
- Account registration is done via the Shopify Accounts system, which allows login using email and a verification code, without the need to provide a password. The Account management agreement is concluded for an indefinite period; the Customer may terminate it at any time by sending an email to kontakt@shootershape.pl.
- Technical requirements: device with Internet access, up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, active email.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with the law and good practices and not to post unlawful content.
4. Terms of concluding a sales contract
- Information about Products constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
- Procedure:
- The Customer adds Products to the cart and proceeds to the Shopify checkout;
- until clicking "Buy and pay," the Customer may modify the order details;
- after placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email – at this moment the Agreement is concluded.
- The content of the Agreement is confirmed by sending a confirmation email and making the Terms and Conditions available in the Store.
5. Payment methods and deadlines
- Prices are expressed in the native currencies of the markets (e.g., PLN for Poland, EUR for many EU markets, etc.) and include VAT according to local regulations.
- Payments are processed via PayPal, PayU, Klarna, Mollie systems and other international payment gateways – available methods include BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa, Mastercard, Express Bancaire, iDEAL, Bancontact, Überweisung, Trustly, WA, Multibanco, CB, Bancomat, Satispay, payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant transfers. For international markets, local payment methods are supported where available.
- The store does not accept cash payments or cash on delivery.
- The customer makes payment no later than within 3 business days from the conclusion of the Agreement (if immediate payment was not selected).
- The seller benefits from an exemption from the obligation to keep sales records using cash registers based on § 2 sec. 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated November 24, 2021.
6. Cost, methods, and delivery time
- Delivery is carried out in the serviced markets: Poland (InPost Courier), most EU countries and the United Kingdom (DHL), Ukraine (Meest Post).
- The delivery cost is indicated during the order process and depends on the market (details on the Delivery cost page).
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days for Poland, 2–5 business days for most EU markets, 3–7 business days for Ukraine (from the date of dispatch).
- The seller is responsible for the Goods until they are handed over to the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal from the contract
- The Consumer and the privileged Entrepreneur may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. For customers outside Poland, the period may be longer according to local regulations (e.g., in the EU – analogous rights).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement (e.g., e-mail) must be submitted and the Goods returned within the next 14 days.
- The seller refunds payments within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement, using the original payment method.
- Exclusions from the right of withdrawal are specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (for customers in Poland and the EU) or analogous local regulations.
8. Complaint procedure
- In case of non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, the Customer may submit a complaint by e-mail: kontakt@shootershape.pl.
- It is recommended to provide: contact details, description of the defect, date of its discovery, and the desired method of resolution.
- The seller will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days.
- The seller is liable under the rules specified in the Consumer Rights Act (non-conformity of goods with the contract) or the Civil Code (warranty) – depending on the purchase date. For international customers, analogous local regulations apply.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution and claims procedures
- The consumer may use amicable dispute resolution methods, including:
- permanent consumer arbitration court,
- provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection,
- ODR platform (https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu) for customers in the EU.
- Detailed information is available on the UOKiK website: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. For customers outside the EU, we recommend contacting us to discuss alternative solutions.
10. Provisions concerning entrepreneurs
- This section applies to Customers who are neither consumers nor privileged entrepreneurs.
- The Seller's liability under the warranty for the Goods towards these Customers is excluded.
- Disputes with the Seller will be resolved by the court competent for the Seller's registered office.
11. Product reviews
- The Seller may allow the publication of reviews about Goods only to persons who have purchased the given Goods.
- For verification purposes, the Seller uses the order number or the email address assigned to the purchase.
- It is prohibited to post unlawful content, including opinions infringing personal rights.
12. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. For international transactions, Polish law applies taking into account local consumer regulations.
- The Seller may change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (change of regulations, change of offer). Account holders will be informed by email 7 days before the new version comes into effect.
- Contracts concluded before the change of the Terms and Conditions are executed under the previous terms.
