1. Standard processing time

  • Package preparation: orders are assembled and handed over for shipment within 2–5 business days, depending on order size and current warehouse workload.
  • Delivery time: After the package is shipped, transport time depends on the carrier and destination country: usually 1–2 business days for Poland (InPost), 2–5 business days for most European countries (DHL), and 3–7 business days for Ukraine (Meest Post).
  • Total delivery time (processing + transport) is 3–12 business days, depending on the market.

All packages are shipped from the logistics warehouse at ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 39, 05-092 Dziekanów Leśny, Poland.

2. Carriers and delivery cost

We serve shipments to the following markets: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. All orders are processed in the native currencies of these markets.

3. Order status and shipment tracking

  1. Order confirmation – immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email with the order number.
  2. Handing over for shipment – when the package leaves the warehouse, we will send another email with a tracking link for the appropriate carrier (InPost, DHL, or Meest Post).

4. Dedicated / personalized products

  • Processing time for products labeled dedicated/personalized or shipping in 3-7 days is a maximum of 7 business days.
  • If products with different processing times are in one cart, the shipment will be sent when the entire order is ready.
  • The exact shipping date is provided in the confirmation email. If you prefer partial shipping – contact us (this may incur additional delivery costs).

5. Weekend and holiday orders

  • Orders placed after Friday 12:00 are shipped on the next business day.
  • During statutory holidays (e.g. May 1, December 25), the processing time may be extended by the number of holiday days.

6. Peak traffic periods and exceptions

During peak season (Black Friday, Christmas), packing time may extend up to 48 h, and the carrier may need an additional day for delivery. We strive to maintain the declared total processing time even during these periods.
