Possessing a tactical belt itself does not require a permit. The problem arises when we want to carry a weapon on it. In Poland, in order to legally carry a weapon (e.g. a pistol), you must have a weapon permit. This also applies to situations where the weapon is carried in a holster on a tactical belt. Remember that illegal possession of a weapon is a crime!
